Total Funding In Indian Startups To Reach $180 Bn By The End Of 2023


Indian startups have raised more than $130 billion from 2014 through H1 2022 according to an Economic pitch report.

Entrepreneurs in India are anticipated to raise $33 billion in 2022, and $35 Bn in 2023 through 1,527 and 1,692 deals respectively.

Indian startups have been able to raise $20.84 Bn in 2022 in 1129 financing agreements at the time of August 31, 2022.2021 was a turning point in this Indian entrepreneurial ecosystem when it comes to funding, with startups securing $42 Bn through 1,584 funding agreements. 

In the end, the total funds received through Indian startups is predicted to rise to $180 Bn at 2023’s end, according to Inc42’s report ‘The State of Indian Startup Ecosystem Report 2022’.¬†Startup funding is expected to remain strong in 2022 and 2023 in spite of the government’s efforts to regulate startups.
