SG’s Temasek leads the $40m round for Chinese cloud startup


The US$40m series B2 round led by Singapore’s state investment firm Temasek by Well-Link Technologies.

The fundraise was also attended by VGC and Future Capital existing shareholders.

According to CEO Jianjun Guo, Well-Link counts tech company Xiaomi as well as gaming company MoYo as its past investors.

Well-Link was founded in 2019 and is currently exploring how its cloud rendering technology can be used for virtual reality projects. The Beijing-based startup plans to encourage developers to create cloud-based gaming.

Temasek was recently the lead in the US$55 Million series C round of DotPe, an Indian ecommerce platform.
